Negative: The lack of an elevator was no problem for me, but it could be for others.

Positive: Comfortable, clean, easy to find, easy instructions, responsive and caring host. We needed two separate beds and we got them!

Negative: There is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your suitcase upstairs. Our windows looked directly onto the local dance club, the noise didn't stop until 4am, then there was just noise from the people near the club.
